During playback, you like to display a continuous ticker or play a continuous audio stream across multiple pages. But you notice that on every page transition, the ticker or audio stream keeps restarting.
You have probably placed a ticker or audio stream app on each individual page. Since each of these apps is a new instance, you will observe that on each page transition, the previous instance of the ticker of audio stream stops, and the one on the new page starts to play from the start again.
Place the ticker or audio stream on a page that remains visible across page transitions. This can be either a background page that is used by all your regular pages, or a foreground page, that you place in your playlist.
